Role:
In this role you will collaborate with the Project Managers, change team and other stakeholders to help identify training needs, design learning solutions, and facilitate the development of employees\' skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training strategies that align with organizational change initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure coherence with project goals - Conduct thorough training needs analyses, identifying skill gaps related to change initiatives and involving subject matter experts and change agents in the process - Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials tailored to address identified training needs, contributing to the overall change management strategy - Maintain meticulous training records and provides detailed reports on training progress and effectiveness to relevant stakeholders - Proficiently utilize learning technology, including learning management systems, to facilitate training delivery, track progress, and offer easy access to training resources and materials, ensuring a seamless and effective training experience
Requirements:
- 10+ years proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale training programs - Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Training and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline - Experience in assessing training needs, developing training strategies, and evaluating training effectiveness - Extensive experience in government sector, ERP, and/or Microsoft product deployments
