Role:
To design, develop and deliver the training to support a large-scale digital transformation. In this role you will collaborate with the Project Managers, change team and other stakeholders to help identify training needs, design learning solutions, and facilitate the development of employees\' skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training strategies that align with organizational change initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure coherence with project goals
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses, identifying skill gaps related to change initiatives and involving subject matter experts and change agents in the process
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials tailored to address identified training needs, contributing to the overall change management strategy
- Maintain meticulous training records and provides detailed reports on training progress and effectiveness to relevant stakeholders
- Proficiently utilize learning technology, including learning management systems, to facilitate training delivery, track progress, and offer easy access to training resources and materials, ensuring a seamless and effective training experience

Requirements:
- 10+ years proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale training programs
- Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as Training and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline
- Experience in assessing training needs, developing training strategies, and evaluating training effectiveness
- Extensive experience in government sector, ERP, and/or Microsoft product deployments
