Job Description

The Technology Operations Executive will be responsible for identifying, designing, and piloting practical applications of emerging technologies, particularly AI, to address business challenges and drive digital transformation in real estate industry. The role includes end-to-end ownership of ideation, use case development, MVP design, pilot implementation, and will oversee the deployment, integration, and operational support of digital, IT, and ICT technologies. this includes advanced technologies such as drone systems, surveillance (CCTV), IoT platforms, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Accountabilities:

Identify and evaluate business challenges that can be addressed using AI or advanced technologies. Design and develop use cases and proofs-of-concept (POCs) & MVP for AI and emerging tech. Oversee and support operations of digital infrastructure, including CCTV, drones, and IoT devices. Work closely with IT, digital teams, and external partners to ensure feasibility and integration. Coordinate vendor engagements and technology trials for emerging systems (e.g., surveillance AI, drones, sensors). Monitor trends in AI, IoT, automation, and recommend opportunities for adoption. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvement actions.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, ICT or related field. Certifications in AI/ML, product design.
Strong experience in AI solutioning, MVP development, and technology pilots, advanced

Minimum Experience (number of years):

4+ Years of experience along with Degree in Technology, or Innovation, Experience in Information Technology, advanced technology , or other related fields.

Job Specific Skills:

Strong problem-solving and innovation design thinking skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency in AI platforms, data tools, and prototyping environments. Excellent communication, business case writing, and presentation skills.
