Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

RF & UAS Operations Specialist

to support field operations involving

radar systems

,

antennas

, and

Counter-UAS

technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a

UAS Pilot

, a solid understanding of

RF principles

, and working knowledge of

Linux systems

or

basic programming

for equipment configuration and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain

UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems)

in compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Deploy and troubleshoot

RF systems

,

radar platforms

, and

antenna arrays

in field environments. Assist in the setup, testing, and evaluation of

Counter-UAS

systems and technologies. Analyze data collected from radar and RF sensors for performance assessments. Support system integration using

Linux

and perform light scripting or

basic programming

(e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and diagnostics. Document field operations, maintenance activities, and test results.

Qualifications:

Valid UAS Pilot Certification (FAA Part 107 or equivalent preferred). Strong understanding of

RF theory

, signal propagation, and antenna characteristics. Experience working with

radar systems

and

Counter-UAS

technology is a plus. Proficiency with

Linux OS

and ability to use command-line tools for system management. Familiarity with

basic programming/scripting

languages for automation or data parsing. Ability to work independently in dynamic field environments
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
