Your focus will be on real-world business challenges, ensuring every technology initiative-from MVP to full-scale rollout-is tightly aligned with strategic goals.
What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate operational challenges where AI or advanced tech can deliver impact
• Design and develop AI use cases, MVPs, and pilot frameworks for rapid validation
• Oversee digital and ICT infrastructure operations including IoT devices, CCTV systems, and drones
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure integration and feasibility of solutions
• Engage and coordinate vendors for trials involving smart systems and automation platforms
• Monitor tech trends in AI, IoT, automation, and provide implementation roadmaps
• Track system performance and initiate enhancements through data-driven feedback

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, ICT, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital operations, innovation, or advanced technology environments
• Proven experience in AI/ML prototyping, solution design, and pilot execution
• Strong familiarity with platforms and tools used in AI, IoT, surveillance, and sensor-based systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present business cases
• Certifications in AI/ML, product development, or innovation preferred
• Strong innovation mindset, cross-functional collaboration skills, and design thinking approach
