The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, timely risk reporting, audit readiness, and implementation of governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in enterprise-wide GRC and risk management sessions to address governance and control requirements.
• Complete Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) according to the approved schedule.
• Manage and track remediation of technology risk issues and ensure timely closure within defined timelines.
• Supervise the implementation and monitoring of remediation plans across technology service lines.
• Deliver Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reports, GORM incident management, and regulatory compliance reports on schedule.
• Support external and internal audit processes and ensure timely completion of certifications such as PCI DSS, NESA, SWIFT CSF, and statutory audits.
• Coordinate with various departments to provide information requests (RFIs) and management responses for internal audits.
• Drive implementation of GRC automation initiatives and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
• Maintain compliance documentation, quality assurance records, and evidence for audit readiness.
• Support leadership in technology policy governance, risk reporting, and control process improvement.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Security, Risk, and Governance functions, preferably in financial services.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
• Deep understanding of governance and risk frameworks such as ITIL, ISO, COBIT, and NESA.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, operations, development, and security in banking or fintech environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of agile and digital governance models.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or ITIL Foundation are an advantage.
