As the Technology Business Analyst, you will review existing operations and make a series of recommendations that ensure alignment between IT systems and business needs

• Conduct detailed system analysis of all software programs and applications, ensuring the needs of the end user are met optimally and efficiently
• Assisting in the integration of new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and service
• Contribute to project reviews and make recommendations to the Unit Head, as required
• Overseeing and reporting on product licenses to ensure compliance with both governmental and internal regulations or policies
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure open communication channels exist to keep all areas up to date with the latest developments in the department
• Contribute to developing a culture that is open to change, fully embraces new business opportunities and demonstrates "high-performance" behaviours

• Must have a bachelors degree in either computer science or information technology, with a minimum of 1 years professional experience. Candidates with a background in consulting are strongly preferred
