In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring availability of all sales reports and dashboards for sales function use to track performance and ensure all tools and master data are up to date. Additionally, responsible for strong management of TTS, Claims and disputes with sales team.
A DAY IN THE LIFE \xe2\x80\xa6
Responsible for developing and publishing all Sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to enable management and Sales department to monitor day-to-day sales operations
Supporting GBM & Sales function through providing required data Analysis and preparation of presentations, dashboards, etc.
Ensure all trade spends are reflected into CRM and provide visibility on TTS related analysis and reports to all stakeholders.
Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings, MBPC and/or for Cluster reporting.
Responsible for all master data related to Customer, Customer Hierarchy, Material extension in coordination with F&C, Sales & NBS.
Drive the Sales forecast tool (MOSAIC) process in the OPC and ensure all data are up to date.
Responsible for ensuring that all customer BDAs are adhering to commercial policy and are signed and saved/archived properly.
Follow-up with sales teams and ensure that credit notes are submitted with supporting documents and processed on time and escalate to management any delays or issues.
Strong Management of claims and disputes with full collaboration with both sales team and NBS.
Price list communication / product listing & delisting circulation / Monthly Promotion circulation
Preparation of monthly Sales Targets by Salesmen by channel and the calculation of Sales force incentive pay-out.
Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, i.e.: Trade spend classification in CRM, WHO code, sales incentives, SOPs, Trade Agreement, customer creation, closing of audit points.
