Directly handle all customer concerns and issues in implementation and support after the contract has been signed.
Planning and coordinating internally together with the Technical and Sales Team.
Attend client meetings together with Sales team for technical support matter.
Provide coordination on implementation and support needs of the customer.
Data Encoding in the system during implementation.
Provide documentation and minutes of every meeting with clients or any documentation as per required by the client.
Provide remote and on-site support including email, phone call and online chat to clients.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree either in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Accountancy or Information Technology.
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Implementation and Management covering the cycle from contract signing until after sales support.
At least 1 - 2 years experience in an ERP system or Accounting software.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and other technology platform.
Knowledge in Accounting is a must.
Should have an effective and strong communication skills in English, other language spoken is an advantage.
Should have professional courtesy and business ethics in every dealings.
Should be confident and highly motivated.
Must be comfortable with going to multiple customer sites/locations.
Must be willing to work from home in shifts for remote support.
