Business requirements gathered Analysis, Design, system setup, Coding, and Testing is done based on AIM/ CMMI Methodology using RICE Components.
Principal Responsibilities:
Should be able to develop new modules, work on enhancements, and customizations and use RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)

Should be able to develop new modules, work on enhancements, and customizations and use RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
in the domain of Oracle Apps E-Business Suite R12
Should have implemented two projects in the Oracle Property Manager module along with relevant setups under financial modules
Should be able to prepare all documents as per AIM Methodology and CMMI ML 3 practice
Prepare design documents
Should be able to convert the business requirements to solutions by configuring the system and coding where ever required.
Conduct SIT, and UAT with the users and resolve the issues raised by users
Should be able to migrate data related property manager module
Support in PROD deployment.
Provide good support to existing critical systems of HRMS including Payroll, Core HR, and SSHR.
Should be able to support users, understand new requirements and provide solutions on modules Core HR, Payroll, SSHR
Provide Training and operational documents to users on the modules mentioned above.
Well-versed with functional and technical knowledge of R12 Property Manager module and its relevant setups related to Financial modules.
Technical Competencies:
Applicant should have excellent knowledge of Oracle R12 Suite.

Should have strong knowledge of Oracle Property Manager module and must have done at least two end-to-end implementations including dependent setups required in Financial Modules
Good Experience in the development of RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) in the domain of Oracle Apps E-Business Suite R12/11i.
Excellent experience and development skills in OA Framework and ADF
Good experience in Workflow Customization, and AME setups.
Excellent experience in Discoverer, XML Publisher, and BI Publisher Report.
Good Knowledge on Reports & Forms 6i/10g
Good knowledge of OBIEE Suite and Development skills in Dashboards and custom BI Reports
Good Knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
In-Depth experience in Full Life Cycle Implementations and Post Implementation Support for Oracle Applications
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

5-6 years of total experience in Oracle ERP Implementation and Development.
