Job Summary:
The Instrumentation/ Electrical Technician will be responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, automation, and mechanical systems across Filling & Plastic department, with expertise in PLCs, VFDs/servo drives, instrumentation, and communication protocols.

The Instrumentation/ Electrical Technician will be responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, automation, and mechanical systems across Filling & Plastic department, with expertise in PLCs, VFDs/servo drives, instrumentation, and communication protocols.
Key Responsibility Areas
Process lines, machines
- All kinds of logic control related electrical/automation on Beverage Lines like KHS, Robotic palletizer, ASB, Bekum (Blow molding), Injection molding, wrapping mc.
- Corrective & preventive maintenance jobs related to Operational Electrical & automation and Mechanical.
- Troubleshooting of Bechkoff, SIEMENS S7-300-400-1500-1200, ET-200, Allen bradely,
- Mitsubishi, Omron & B&R PLC digital/analog input/output cards.
- Troubleshooting knowledge and experience on AC and Servo drives like KUKA B & R & SIEMENS servo drives, Danfoss inverter vlt5000, Fc 300, VLT 2800 parameter configuration. Soft starter, SEW, Danfoss, Power Flux, Lenze, Simodrive
- Pneumatic and electronic process control instruments.
- Sensors (capacitive & inductive), photoelectric, Level probe. Pressure & level Transmitters RTDs.
- ASCII bus module (ASCII), PROFI BUS(DP), Controller area network(CAN)
- Ensure minimum 95% uptime of production lines through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Achieve 100% compliance with planned preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, automation, and mechanical systems.
- Reduce troubleshooting and repair time by 20% year-over-year through enhanced diagnostics and root cause analysis of PLCs, drives, and process instruments.
- Diploma in mechanical or equivalent.
- 5-7 Years of relevant Experience
- In depth knowledge in reading electrical drawing, spare parts manual and operational manual
- Advanced maintenance knowledge
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Team Player
