We are urgently hiring a

Technician & Refiller

to handle both technical maintenance and daily refilling of our coffee and snack vending machines.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working in the field across multiple locations.

Technical Tasks

Install, maintain, and repair fully automatic coffee machines Troubleshoot issues, fix blockages, replace parts, and test functionality Maintain snack vending machines (spirals, pricing, motors, sensors) Conduct weekly machine checks and preventive maintenance Ensure machines are clean, calibrated, and operating properly

Refilling Tasks

Refill snack vending machines with products Refill coffee machines (beans, milk, powders, cups, etc.) Monitor stock levels and report low inventory Keep machines hygiene standards high Update refilling logs and ensure accurate stock rotation

General Duties

Visit client locations daily according to schedule Communicate professionally with customers Coordinate with operations team for issues or delays Maintain records of service and refills

Requirements

Experience with coffee machines, vending machines, or electrical equipment Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time UAE experience preferred Driving license is a must
