Job Overview
As a Plumber at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, you will handle all plumbing-related maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across guest rooms and common areas. You will respond promptly to service requests, ensure safe and effective repair solutions, and contribute to the resort's exceptional guest satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Review plumbing issues and perform necessary repair or replacement
• Maintain and service all plumbing fixtures and water systems
• Respond courteously to team and guest inquiries regarding plumbing concerns
• Execute work orders and document all maintenance activity
• Use appropriate tools and parts from engineering stores and maintain inventory logs
• Report larger maintenance problems to team leads and recommend corrective actions

Governance & Standards

• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols in handling plumbing tools and work environments
• Ensure all plumbing activities comply with hotel and local standards

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a plumber in a luxury 5-star property
• Vocational certificate or trade qualification in plumbing preferred
• Familiarity with plumbing safety regulations and building systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
• Good command of English and basic computer literacy
