WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR a REDtabulous Creative aka General Technician & Plumber to join our incREDible Engineering team here @Radisson RED

What we expect from you:

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Carries out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot/cold water systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/ fountain water systems and swimming pools.


2. Attends to replacement or new construction projects which may include GI, PVC and cast iron piping and fabrication of necessary brackets supports for installation.


3. Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom/ toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-the-house areas.


4. Cleans all manholes and clears sewage and storm water line blockages using sneaker machine or ropes and ring arrangement as required.


5. Participates in Energy Conservation Program


6. Ensures that the Plant Room, Workshop and related areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition.


7. Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work.


8. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

OCCASIONAL DUTIES:

1. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.


2. Reports to Asst. Maintenance Manager/Team Leader


3. Interacts - Cooperates with others in the Engineering Department.


4. Interacts and cooperates with guests and outside contractors as directed.


5. Interacts with other departments when necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions, promotions and festivities.

6. Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.


Basic knowledge in Electrical and HVAC

8. Hotel experience is must
