Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated
Technician, Plumber, Electrician cum Cleaner (All-Rounder)
to join our team and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of staff accommodation facilities. The candidate must be capable of performing minor maintenance tasks along with daily cleaning duties.Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Duties:
Clean and sanitize all common areas including corridors, staircases, kitchen, washrooms, and laundry areas Remove garbage and dispose of waste properly Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Report damages or unsafe conditions promptly
Technician Duties:
Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs Monitor and maintain facility utilities (AC units, pumps, lighting) Support with installation and fixing of fixtures or equipment Assist with pest control, fire safety systems, and emergency repairs.
Requirements
Previous experience in cleaning and basic technician work. Ability to troubleshoot and fix minor technical issues. Physically fit and hardworking. Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on schedule. Good attitude and responsible behavior. Basic communication skills in English or Hindi/Urdu.
Benefits
Fixed salary:
AED 1,600 - 2,000/month.
Free accommodation. Weekly off. Uniform, tools, and safety gear provided.Job Type: Full-time
