Proven experience as a Civil Technician or similar role
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
Ability to read civil drawings and technical instructions
Good physical fitness and manual skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Relevant certifications or training in civil construction
Valid UAE driver's license is an advantage
