The Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Writer that will contribute to our clients organisation by revising and authoring documents that support their QA department. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate experience in technical writing and knowledge of QA processes within an Airline or Aviation environment. The chosen candidate will write, edit, and develop documents related to quality control processes. They will drive the collaboration, review, approval, and publishing of technical documentation. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Write and edit technical documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with senior members of QA department to support publishing strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Revise procedures and documentation that govern internal and external policies and processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive process improvement of quality across all deliverables \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure consistent presentation of deliverables through templates \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver documentation timely and provide prompt input \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare briefs and status reports

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in QA technical writing (portfolio necessary) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Aviation or Airline sector \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent investigative, documentation, technical writing, and proof reading skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to take in technical information and write them to be accessible to all members of the team \xe2\x80\xa2 Work independently with minimum supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work and communicate clearly and precisely with team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to detail when authoring and reviewing documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to prioritise, plan, and manage several tasks simultaneously
