The Opportunity

Lead a specialized technical team focused on advanced HVAC installations, system modifications, repairs, and comprehensive maintenance services. You'll work alongside experienced leadership, driving technical excellence while developing both your team and your own leadership capabilities within our established framework of success.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and develop HVAC specialists in complex installation and maintenance operations Ensure flawless execution of HVAC system installations, modifications, and repair projects Collaborate with senior technical management on strategic operational initiatives Maintain our exceptionally high technical standards across all client services

Who We Seek

Essential Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years proven experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems, including VRV technology, chiller water systems, and advanced climate control solutions Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in technical operations Proficiency in blueprint reading, electrical troubleshooting, and system diagnostics Strong English communication and comprehensive reporting capabilities Valid UAE driving license and clean driving record Knowledge of chilled water systems and advanced climate control technologies

Technical Competencies:

Advanced understanding of refrigeration cycles and system controls Experience with system commissioning, balancing, and performance optimization Ability to mentor technical professionals and conduct on-the-job training Proficiency with specialized diagnostic tools and testing equipment
