Job Description

Location: Dubai, UAE
ZKTeco Middle East is seeking a skilled and reliable Technical Support Technician to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in security systems and a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair access control and biometric systems
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain accurate service records and stay current with product updates
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of technical experience
  • Based in Dubai, UAE
  • Proficient in access control and electronic security systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • UAE Driving License preferred
