Minimum 2 years experience in software solutions, system integration, or technical support
Knowledge of electronics, sensors, and data logging systems
Device configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting
Basic networking (IP, LAN/Wi-Fi)
Remote and on-site client support
Valid UAE Driving License
Fluent in English (written & verbal)
Strong customer service, reporting, and coordination skills
