System Maintenance
: Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
Troubleshooting
: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
Software Management
: Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
User Support
: Assist employees with the use of software applications, ensuring they are properly trained and comfortable with the tools provided.
Network Management
: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
Hardware Management
: Set up and configure new hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Inventory Management
: Manage and track IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.
Documentation
: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and support requests.
Backup and Recovery
: Assist in the implementation and management of data backup and recovery processes.
Continuous Improvement
: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for improvements to the IT infrastructure.
KEY POINTS:
A driving license will add an advantage to this position
Diagnose and troubleshoot Computers and Printers
Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients
good knowledge of IT products.
Knowledge of security products like CCTV, intercom, Access Control etc
