  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable university
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent command of English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
  • Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups
  • Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior
Your Responsibilities as an Industrial Steam Turbine Support Specialist:
  • Support customers with technical assistance for breakdowns / troubleshooting, ongoing operational issues and any other technical info and advice.
  • Support FSR’s prior, during & after outage execution for any technical assistance or information.
  • Support the project management team for outage preparation, execution & follow up.
  • Support the sales & tendering team to enable them to prepare field service quotes, spare parts clarifications and support the sales manager for any technical customer meetings.
  • Technical review and approval of field service reports.
  • Support the field service team for regional tooling.
