Technical Support Manager - Thru Tubing Intervention

To be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services on customers' site/property. These activities include pre-commissioning, maintenance and inspection of client pipelines and piping assets. Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

As a Technical Support Manager, you are responsible for Post Sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request. As a Technical Support Manager - Thru Tubing Intervention, you will be responsible for: Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support - Resolves post sales Technical Issues. Working together with high level people from the other business. Handling standardized project processes. Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Handling important business clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side .

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with demonstrated experience in technical support) Have 3 - 5 years of relevant industry experience Have experience in thru tubing inflates (preferred) Have experience in technical Support and customer management Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
