Job Description
We are a leading Software company based in Dubai looking for a dynamic IT Technical Support Executive to support our software product. The candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience on the same field.
- Good understanding of IT support to the customers.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Electronics & Communication.
- Should have a great ability to learn, and eager to expand your areas of expertise.
- Ready to manage clients\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries, Software Training and complaints.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Must have a good command in English language in order to provide effective phone, e-mail, or in-person support
- Male from Kerala is preferred.
- Holding a Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
