For over 25 years they have been supplying Diplomats products sourced from their country of origin and providing them in areas that are often difficult to reach. They currently delivers to more than 70 countries, worldwide.
The company is on a strong growth trajectory, particularly in the eCommerce space, and as such the requirement to have further in-house support has arisen.
Nature and scope of the role:
We are searching for a Technical Support Specialist to increase technical performance and efficiency of our Magento 2 cloud platform to meet the evolving needs of our growing business. The role will report to the Operations Director and will work alongside the Master Data Manager, E-commerce Analyst as part of the Ecommerce team and support the Digital Marketing team as required.
Candidates must speak fluent English.
