Organisational Overview Based in Brisbane, Australia, Grabba integrates the latest biometric and data capture technologies for secure and effective identity solutions. Grabba provides tailored, bespoke solutions to global customers across industries such as border protection, defence, security, policing, aerospace, banking, retail, operations, and logistics. One of our key markets is the UAE region, where we have a satellite office focused on meeting the needs of some of our largest customers in-market. Position Overview Based in the UAE, you will be part of an international team of other great, like-minded people working on the cutting edge of securing identity. You will be working directly with our customers on cross-platform projects, integrating our SDKs and assisting with the technical implementation and integration of Grabba devices into their existing workflow. You will handle the level 1 and level 2 support requests within the UAE region, while working closely with the technology team in Australia to escalate level 3 requests to the Technology Team and support customers on a quick resolution. Skills
- 3+ years of technical support experience
- A background in software development and/or customer software integration
- Ability to independently problem solve
- Proactively facilitate communication between customers and internal team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast paced and fluid environment
- A team player
- Experience in supporting customers to integrate iOS and or Android software
- Willingness to communicate across time zones with the Australian team
- Willingness to support customers on site as required
- Work on biometric systems for the largest governments and organizations in the world

- Work week finishes 12pm on Friday
