Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Focusing on design, commissioning and inspection and trouble shooting of highly complex systems within set timeframe and according to defined process, service agreements and customer needs,
• Being a primary customer contact for technical installation and/or service issues,
• Resolving highly complex customer request / calls as dispatched,
• Developing customer relationships, ensuring pro-active feedback on and documentation of the customer\'s equipment and systems status and of work completed,
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and industry regulations, where required,
• Understanding and analyzing relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with the Danfoss safety culture and adheres to all applicable safety standards, requirements and equipment.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering,
• At least 5 years of experience in a related position,
• Experience in programming, installing, servicing system control and microprocessor systems,
• Knowledge of Programable Logic Controls programming will be an added advantage,
• Good communication skills with problem-solving mindset,
• Ability to travel for customer visits.
