Position: TS engineer Duration of contract : 4 Month Gender : Female Visa : Family Sponsorship

Register all incoming incident/ request and take end to end ownership to track the progress till timely closure.
Good understanding of Desktops, Laptops, tablets and latest tech gadgets and features.
Coordinate with multiple IT vendors and ISP providers.
Ability to work on call-support to ensure 24x7 smooth operations of IT system.
Good practice of time management, Prioritization of task and calls with multitasking
