You’ll be monitoring the Datacenter for our organization (network, platform, and applications on 24/7)
Responsible for providing the first level of resolution in troubleshooting network and software issues of all company regions and coordinate with second level support to fix the problem.
Monitoring and Checking KPIs
Troubleshooting windows, Linux and network (VPN) issues.
Have a good knowledge of IIS, Tomcat & apache applications
Can work with different tasks in a smooth and effective way.
Handle different requests using a ticket system or e-mail.
Deliver the knowledge needed to the customers in a simple way
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Must have Very Good command of English.
Previous experience with Linux, Windows administration, MSSQL administration.
Flexible and can work under pressure.
Preferable to have RHCSA RHCSE,
Good knowledge MCSA, MSSQL and IIS Administration.
Good knowledge MSQL, Tomcat, Apache
Strong communication and customer service skills.
