Partner with the best As a Technical Support Engineer you will ensure Baker Hughes delivers flawless execution by providing Technical Support to the Service Delivery and Sales organizations when needed in pre-planning, job execution, and post job analysis. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process Supporting the field technically through different media (online, phone calls and technical papers) Sharing the knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management database Following up on field failures that require Technology involvement and ensuring that the learning is shared across the field Raising an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issues arises on a job Coaching other technical resources in their area of expertise Communicating to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in fracturing operations Have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Have strong analytical and problem solving skills Have the ability to develop and mentor others Display good communication skills Display initiative, is self-driven & flexible Have the ability to work independently
