Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Support Specialist to oversee and maintain essential shop infrastructure including electrical systems, internet connectivity, lighting, POS machines, CCTV, and other technical equipment. To ensure optimal operation of refrigeration equipments--including chillers, coolers, and freezers--across our retail and commercial outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations and respond quickly to any technical disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot electrical circuits, switches, and panels. Monitor and manage internet connectivity, routers, and network performance.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration units.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in chillers, coolers, and freezers.

Calibrate temperature controls and monitor system performance.

Perform routine checks on IT hardware like computers, printers, and POS systems. Install and configure technical systems and devices as needed. Address issues with CCTV, access control systems, and digital signage. Respond to and resolve emergency faults efficiently. Document service activities and technical interventions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical or technical support. Diploma in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related technical field. Hands-on experience with wiring, connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations. UAE driving license is a requirement.
