Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience with amoCRM
(mandatory).
Understanding of CRM architecture, API integrations, and webhooks.
Confident in setting up pipelines, business processes, and automations.
Experience with bulk messaging services and telephony integration.
Technical literacy: basic understanding of server and service operations.
Ability to structure tasks, track changes, and provide timely reports.
Strong written communication skills and willingness to train staff on system usage.
