Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Technical Service Handyman

to join our holiday home operations team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day property maintenance tasks, ensuring all units are in excellent working condition and ready for guest occupancy. Prior experience in

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC Carry out routine inspections of holiday home units and common areas Respond to maintenance requests promptly and resolve issues efficiently Ensure all appliances, lighting, ACs, and water systems are functioning properly Coordinate with external contractors when needed Maintain maintenance logs and report major repair needs to management Support property readiness before guest check-in and after check-out Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician Knowledge of various technical services (electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, etc.) Ability to diagnose issues and carry out timely repairs Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays UAE driving license is a plus
