Job Purpose
Responsible for IS Film business, provide technical services after sales. Handle of complaints from customer/distributors，taking care of testing and mantaining laboratory.
Job Responsibilities
1. Complaints dealing 1) Address & follow up on customer/distributor complaints, ensure the complaints are addressed & treated on time. 2) Work together with UK team to investigate the complaints and make sure UK factory implement correcrive actions on justified qulaity issue. 3) Prepare invesitagtion reports and 8D on customer/distributor complaints.
2. Customer process controlling support 1) Provide process control testing supports for our FIM applicator to optimise the process of using our films. 2) Regular process controlling tests for our FIM applicator 3) Respose for XMAPP approval tests. 4) Documentation of the tests, i.e report and relate part, pictures...
3. Other tests in laboratory 1) Set up and carry out tests according to standards (i.e. OEM standard, industrial standard...) at Suhzou laboratory. 2) Familiar to use microscope, 3D scanner and other related equipments to support team member to provide troubleshooting on customer failure.
