Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Exhibition Specialist - Salesperson who excels in crafting impactful proposals and possesses a deep understanding of technology-driven exhibition solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in converting client briefs into compelling proposals that align with both creative and technical expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client needs and translate them into comprehensive proposals tailored for exhibitions and events. Collaborate with internal technical and creative teams to ensure proposals are aligned with solution capabilities. Present proposals and solutions confidently to clients, architects, consultants, and decision-makers. Maintain updated knowledge of exhibition technologies such as LED displays, interactive screens, projection mapping, AR/VR, holograms, kinetic installations, and related software. Manage client relationships from initial contact through to project delivery. Create cost estimates and coordinate with production teams for feasibility and budgeting. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to identify new business opportunities. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to position Lazulite as a market leader.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Management

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development in the exhibitions, events, or AV industry. Proven track record of writing persuasive proposals and winning business through RFPs and tenders. Strong understanding of interactive technologies and their application in exhibitions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and collaborate with design/engineering teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
