Venktron offers solutions to each and every industry. Some of the major applications for which we offer solutions are: Viscosity, Physical Testing, Color Measurement, Weathering, Climatic Study, Apparel, Oil, Food, Paint, and Pharmaceutical. We are seeking a Sales Executive for our sales department. We are searching for a proactive professional to drive sales of application-specific products. What you\'ll be doing:
- You will need to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all the technical products that we offer, competitors, and the market landscape.
- Engage and develop relationships with customers, work with various groups such as accounts, logistics, service, marketing, and sales partners.
- Contribute to and be responsible for revenue growth against a defined revenue target.
- Coordinate appropriate engagement of company resources to ensure sales success.
- A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably in Engineering. If any other qualification, we can consider if supported with relevant experience.
- 2+ years technical sales experience being responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting, customer presentation/demos, negotiating, and closing the sale)
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- A passion for winning, a strong aptitude for business strategy, excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of internal team members, self-starter, self-confident individual with integrity and accountability, Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Logical, critical thinking, fast learner, and good team-worker.
- Drivers license is a requirement.
