Job Description

Nano Health Suite is devising solutions to equip better and innovative healthcare that can help healthcare providers achieve better care by empowering people to make better decisions. Job Requirements :
  • Identifying potential new clients and making initial contact with them to
determine their needs and interests.
  • Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone.
  • Gain an understanding of customers\' diverse and specific business needs and
apply product knowledge to meet them.
  • Ensure the quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed
knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers\'
systems and processes, and then documenting them.
  • Carry out cold calling to create interest in products and services, generate
new business leads, and arrange meetings.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up
courtesy calls.
  • Preparing and presenting sales presentations to all the clients to promote
products or services.
  • Creating and maintaining records to CRM Software of all contacts with
potential customers to identify potential leads for future sales opportunities.
  • Following up with customers after a sale has been done to ensure satisfaction
with products or services and that any questions have been answered.
  • Understanding the technical features and functionalities of the company\xe2\x80\x99s
products.
  • Keeping informed on technical product specifications and functionalities.
  • Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets.
  • Consulting with IT developers and management on product offerings.
  • Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations.
  • Initiating after-sales technical support based on client requirements and
feedback.
  • Handle software problems and faults, referring to specialist technical
colleagues where appropriate.
  • Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature
  • manage workload to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
  • Interact to do responses for international bidding such as RFP / RFI.
  • contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor\'s or associate degree in marketing, or a similar qualification.
  • A bachelor\'s degree in computer science or information technology would be
advantageous.
  • 2-5 years experience in IT sales environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Marketing and Sales strategies.
  • Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and
functionalities.
  • Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology and Jargon.
  • Ability to liaise with management and IT developers about sales strategies.
