Technical Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Technology Sales Representative to drive our revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex tech solutions and a deep understanding of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for the full sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and will be the primary advocate for our products in the market. This is a crucial role that requires a blend of technical acumen and exceptional sales skills.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. Proactively identify and source new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up. Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand the unique challenges and needs of prospective clients. Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value and ROI of our technology solutions. Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client requirements. Negotiate terms and close deals with a focus on building long-term, valuable partnerships. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling. Keep meticulous records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications & Experience



Required:



3-5+ years of proven experience in a B2B sales role, specifically selling technology solutions (e.g., SaaS, software, IT services, cloud solutions). A verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A self-starter attitude with a strong drive to succeed and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Preferred:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Strong understanding of the business landscape and market dynamics in Doha and the wider GCC region. Fluency in Arabic is a significant advantage. An existing network of professional contacts in relevant industries.
