About you

You are a technician with experience in the industry and have a sound and broad expertise in the application of refractory products, preferably in aggregates from the steel sector. Your excellent cooperation and communication skills make it easy to act as an interface between RHI Magnesita and its customers. As a Technical Sales at RHI Magnesita you will work hand in hand with the departments Sales, Engineering, Commercial Execution as well as our production plants and pursue the common goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.

In addition, you have: Bachelor's degree (e.g.: mechanical engineering, civil engineering or materials engineering) At least 4-5 years of professional experience in technical in the steel sector Good MS-Office knowledge Excellent knowledge in English, French and Arabic High social competence and a sovereign appearance Distinctive problem-solving competence Strong customer orientation Willingness to travel internationally

About the job

The main purpose of this job is to ensure the technical support for the customers, in the respective region, throughout the whole process.

Your tasks will include: Customer visits You detect problems and resolve it Establishing sustainable relationships with the customers Improve the process to improve the performance of our material Recommendations and advice Reporting to the Sales Prepare offers / provide support to customers
