Sales and Business Development executive for Technical and Cleaning Company Urgent requirement for Sales and Business Development specialist for our technical and cleaning services company in
Dubai. Job Responsibilities

• Candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its services; understand and articulate our services, features, and benefits to clients.
• Must posses a sociable and outgoing personality to help build rapport with potential clients
• Prepare sales quotation, make sale calls, and visit customers on-site when/if required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Experience working with, or a strong affinity for technical services, cleaning services, construction related projects and contracting businesses
• Develop initiative sales strategy and able to generate new sales Leads on his/her own.
• Ability in dealing with clients, contractors, sub-contractor\xe2\x80\x99s, consultants, and suppliers
• Will have to handle adequately and pursue leads, meet with clients, understand their requirements and be capable enough to convert leads into contracts and projects for the company.
• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up after the sale to build strong loyalty in clients.
• Ability in dealing with Management aspects, and providing weekly/monthly and quarterly updates/reports as required.

Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotes. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 \xe2\x80\x93 AED4,500.00 per month Job Location: Dubai, UAE REQUIRED SKILLS & QULIFICATIONS:

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• Bachelor\'s degree
• Valid UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license. (optional)
• As a business development specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients and customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and presenting our services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
