Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead and grow our marine spare parts sales operations. The candidate must have

at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Sales Manager in the marine industry, focusing on spare parts

.

Location: The Curve Building



Job Responsibilities (JR):



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships. Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers. Identify new business opportunities within the marine spare parts sector. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver results. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:



Minimum 5 years' experience as Technical Sales Manager in marine spare parts

Strong leadership and sales skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Technical knowledge of marine spare parts and systems More prefer for immediate joiner
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
