Diagrid Building Contracting is urgently seeking a proactive and results-oriented

Technical Sales Executive

to drive new project acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a hunter's mentality who wants their earnings tied directly to their success in securing MEP & civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Proactively identify, target, and qualify new project opportunities (residential, commercial, fit-outs, etc.) in the UAE market.

Technical Pitching:

Conduct effective client presentations and site visits, utilizing a basic knowledge of

Civil and MEP systems

to understand client needs and credibly pitch technical solutions.

Proposal Management:

Work closely with the engineering and estimation teams to prepare, present, and negotiate comprehensive, detailed quotations and proposals.

Networking:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, developers, property owners, and key decision-makers.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and manage the entire client pipeline.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales experience

, preferably within the UAE's construction, fit-out, or related technical services sectors. A foundational knowledge or educational background in a technical field (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering) is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, from cold lead to final contract signing. Exceptional negotiation and professional presentation skills. Having a valid UAE Driving License is not mandatory but highly advantageous.

Compensation & Opportunity

Base Salary:

AED 3000 - 5,000

per month (Final amount based on experience and interview assessment).

This is a heavily commission-driven role. We offer a
