Position: Sales Engineer

Location: UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers, build strong relationships, and generate new business leads within the landscaping, irrigation, and agriculture sectors. Technical Product Knowledge: Learn and master the technical aspects of our diverse product range to provide knowledgeable support and recommendations to clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our products effectively. Proposal Development: Prepare and present sales proposals, technical solutions, and quotations tailored to client needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and procurement teams to ensure product availability and prompt delivery. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Degree in Engineering/Marketing (Agricultural, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field is preferred). Experience: Proven track record in technical sales, ideally within the agriculture, irrigation, or landscaping sectors. Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly grasp and communicate the technical features and benefits of a diverse product portfolio. Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential. Driving License: Valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory. Agriculture Knowledge: Familiarity with agricultural systems, irrigation products, or landscaping techniques is a significant advantage. is a bonus Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proactivity: A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
