Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Technical Sales Engineer

with strong expertise in IT Infrastructure, Wireless Solutions, Networks, and IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with proven sales skills to identify opportunities, engage with customers, provide tailored solutions, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, wireless networking, IoT, and security solutions. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations. Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions aligned with their needs. Work closely with the technical/pre-sales team to design solutions and prepare proposals, quotations, and BOQs. Manage the full sales cycle--from lead generation, qualification, and proposal to closing deals. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

technical sales

within IT Infrastructure, Wireless, Networks, or IoT domains. Strong understanding of networking technologies Knowledge of IoT platforms, smart solutions is an added advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Valid Qatar driving license mandatory Immediate joiners preferred.
