Identify and qualify new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients, generating leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessments to understand customer requirements, and provide technical expertise and guidance on our products and services to address their specific needs.
Present and demonstrate our technical products and services to clients, highlighting key features and benefits, and articulating how they can address customer challenges and improve their business operations.
Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to develop and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations that align with customer needs and requirements.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities, while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular reporting on sales activities, opportunities, and results.
