Sales Engineer - Water & Wastewater Treatment Equipment (IMMEDIATE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team, specializing in the sales of

water and wastewater treatment equipment and chemicals

across diverse industries. The right candidate will possess deep sector knowledge, a successful sales background within the local market, and a strong ability to generate new leads while fostering long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and sell water and wastewater treatment systems and associated chemicals such as polymers and hypochlorite Develop and sustain strong business relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors Conduct site inspections, lead technical discussions, and deliver product presentations Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and tender submissions Meet defined sales targets and ensure steady generation of purchase orders Track market dynamics, client demands, and competitor movements Submit regular performance updates and sales reports

Requirements:

At least 5 years of sales experience in water and wastewater treatment industry Practical experience and knowledge of treatment chemicals Valid driving license Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently

Offer & Terms:

Competitive monthly salary plus commission based on performance Probation period: 2 months (during which 80% of the salary will be paid) Important: A company visa and formal employment contract will be issued only if purchase orders are secured during the probationary period
