Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager

Role Summary
A global leader in high-reliability connectivity solutions, recognized for engineering excellence and serving strategic sectors including aerospace, defence, uncrewed systems, and advanced space technology, is seeking a results-oriented Technical Sales and Business Development Manager. This high-impact role is crucial to the organization's strategic expansion in the EMEA region and will focus on driving substantial business growth across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the broader Gulf region.
The ideal candidate will be based remotely anywhere within the UAE.
The Opportunity
This is a high-growth, business development-focused position. The Manager will be responsible for developing the company's regional business within both strategic and new accounts. This involves building robust relationships, identifying critical design-in opportunities, and driving significant revenue growth through direct engagement with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and leveraging channel distribution partners.
