The ideal candidate will acquire sales & business development of company products to the local market. Acquisition of new clients & projects Increase market share of company products Create compelling, easy-to-understand sales propositions to make complex technical products accessible to potential clients.


Key accountabilities:



Introduction and promoting of company products and services to client in the local market. Build potential client database and achieve revenue quota with the ability to drive results within a complex sales cycle and managing key relationships with large organizations. Achieve and maximize both present and long-term sales, gross revenues and profits. Manage, sustain, and develop multiple clients, generate & validate the client credibility. Understand client requirements and develop turnkey solution which is efficient and cost effective. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and assist in providing customers with quotations on time. Pitching with right price with right the technical solutions as-is. Closely watching projects and put in efforts to attain consultant approvals for the entire project. Ensure deliveries are appraised in a timely and professional manner and also submission of invoice and payment collection with follow-up in a timely manner. Accountable and responsible for payment collection for the products & solution sold and services rendered. Manage marketing and sales resources to achieve maximum result. Conduct 1st level meetings, Deliver Sales presentation, and discussion to key clients. Manage contract fulfilment including timely collection of PO, monitor and interact throughout relationship lifecycle, understand, implement and manage all deliverable elements within the customer contract. Accuracy and predictability on sales reporting on weekly basis on visits and orders. Develop, and maintain effective relationships with support groups, client groups, and managers of relevant departments. Maintain progress and positive attitude in situations involving uncertainty and remain flexible to change. Gather market and customer information to maintain an up to date database. Communicate effectively with Technical / non-Technical end users (Understand Technical applications, specifications & requirements) Conduct product demonstrations showcasing productivity, features & functionality. Understand market dynamics and identify new market segments to actively seek out new sales opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, social media, etc. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new opportunities Participate in Trade shows and Industry events to promote our products & services


Core competencies, knowledge and experience




MBA / Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration /Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering from an accredited institution 4 to 6 years of experience in similar position in large organization Good team player & Result oriented Good Communication Skills & Able to handle pressure Excellent negotiation & convincing skills Presentable with pleasing personality Adapt to the Organizational Culture, Values, Policies and Vision. Qatar or GCC driving license
