Technical Sales Engineer

About the Role

Based in the UAE Reports directly to the Business Development Manager Works closely with technical and service delivery teams

You will:

Act as a

trusted advisor

to facility managers, property teams, and consultants Identify and engage clients across sectors such as FM, real estate, and infrastructure Understand client pain points and recommend tailored technical testing solutions Coordinate with internal teams to scope proposals and deliver value Research the market to uncover new service opportunities and trends

You're a Strong Fit If You Have:

Experience in technical sales or business development in the

FM, property, construction, or building services sector

A background or interest in

building performance, inspections, or compliance-based services

Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships A consultative mindset -- more about solving than selling Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to be part of a growing, impact-driven team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science 2-4 years' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented
