Responsibilities
Greet and assist showroom customers with product inquiries and technical guidance.
Learn product features, specifications, and applications.
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, checking stock, and organizing product displays.
Assist with product demonstrations and provide basic technical information under supervision.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized showroom.
Document customer inquiries, maintain records, and support follow-up activities.
Observe and assist with sales transactions and ERP/data entry processes.
Provide feedback on customer behavior and product interest.
Stay updated on product promotions, updates, and pricing.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Strong interest in sales, customer service, and technology.
Good communication skills in English.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
